Thank you for shopping at Gamoon. As our products are handmade with love, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges 

We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of receipt. If you chooses to refund due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for 20% -30% of the economic loss fee (including refund processing fees deducted from payment methods).
Due to the handmade nature of our products (resin items, stickers, etc.), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges (handmade products) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Handmade Unique Characteristics  

Please understand that handmade resin items may have small bubbles or slight imperfections. These are not considered defects but rather a part of the unique charm of handmade art.

Damaged Items  

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at Gamoon34@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations 

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once the shipping process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
